The globalist bureaucrats waved the same threats, the same apocalyptic prophecies as in 1992, when Switzerland refused to enter the EEC. Despite this, the Swiss have adopted a sovereign decision that is echoing widely beyond the borders of their nation. By refusing to sacrifice their prosperity on the altar of global economy, they stated once again their commitment to selfdetermination and freedom.
